SAEA hosts an annual conference to present topics of interest relating to sustainable and organic agriculture in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. The Conference is broadly designed to provide basic and practical knowledge for novice gardeners through large producers.
The next conference will be held February 4-6, 2010 at the Echo Hotel & Conference Center at 1903 S. Closner Blvd. (Bus. Hwy 281),Edinburg, Texas. The theme this year is “Healthy Soils – Healthy Foods”. Everyone interested in learning more about sustainable and organic food production and marketing is cordially invited to attend. Registration will be limited, so don’t delay making your plans to attend.

Dr. Arden Andersen, noted physician and agricultural scientist, will present a one-day seminar Real Medicine - Real Health on Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, before our Annual Conference.
