The Sustainable Agriculture Group (SAG) meets on the second Tuesday of each month for lunch discussions about organic and sustainable production practices and related issues of current  interest. We try to have a speaker each month to spark the discussion and bring new information to the group.

We meet at 11:45 AM for a buffet lunch at the Echo Hotel and Conference Center, 1903 S. Closner Blvd. (Bus. 281) in Edinburg, TX  78539  (956-383-3823).

The meeting is free and open to the public. The lunch is currently $14, less for soup/salad. These meetings are beneficial for everyone from backyard gardeners to commercial growers. Everyone is welcome to join us. Just come and enjoy pleasant company, lively discussion, and good food.
